TCC conducts 13th LCUAA National Game Screening of Student Athletes

On the 6th of September 2024, Tagoloan Community College (TCC) conducted its 13th Local Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (LCUAA) National Game Screening of Student Athletes at Tagoloan Community College covered court.
To commence the event, the board of screeners with school officials, Dr. Sigfredo Adajar from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo, LCUAA Chairperson Ms. Merilyn Tangon, Vice president for administration, Prof. Flordeliza Garcia from the Universidad De Manila, LCUAA Secretary, Dr. Kharen Jane Ungab, Vice president for academic affairs, Prof. Mark Vincent Manlangit, LCUAA Secretariat, Mr. Rene Pastrana, TCC Sports director/coordinator, Prof. Patrick Dagaraga, LCUAA board of director, entranced their way followed by the entrance of colors.
Moreover, Mr. Vincent Janu Razalo, Dean of Student Affairs and Services Main Campus, imparted his welcome remarks. "To all the athletes gathered here today, I wish you the best of luck with your screenings. You will present not just your dreams but the pride of the entire institution," he said.
Dr. Kharen Jane Ungab was also called on stage to share her inspirational message to the student-athletes, wishing them good luck and emphasizing the quote, "By doing your best, you are already considered a winner."
Furthermore, Mr. Rene Pastrana led the presentation for candidates for student-athlete screening. This was followed by the closing remarks of Ms. Merilyn Tangon, reminding them of the importance of not just winning but also how they participated.
