Admission & Registration — Registration Flow
Students must register within the designated timeframe issued by the College. All applicants, including new students, returnees, transferees, shiftees and irregular students must abide by the College’s established registration procedure. A student must be officially registered in order to acquire subject load.
For Incoming Freshmen and Transferees
1. Student must login to the email account indicated upon their admission and look for the sent SIS Credentials to proceed with the registration in the Student Information System Portal.
2. Log-in to the SIS Portal and apply for the corresponding program the student wish to register.
3. Upon registration, make sure to provide necessary information needed by the Student Information System.
4. Coordinate with the Program Dean or Program Head for the student to be accepted in the course applied. For Board Programs, Dean and Program Heads usually administer interviews before student can be accepted in the program.
5. For validation, submit all the requirements stipulated above for incoming freshmen and transferees.
For Old Students
1. Log-in to your SIS Portal and apply for the corresponding program you wish to register.
2. Upon registration, make sure to provide necessary information needed by the Student Information System.
3. Coordinate with the Program Dean or Program Head for you to be accepted in the course and year level applied. Student must present their grades from previous semesters and academic years for evaluation purposes before the student will be accepted.
4. For validation, submit your Certificate of Registration to the Office of the College Registrar to be officially registered.
