Tagoloan Community College is committed to produce competent graduates fully equipped with knowledge and skills driven by values conforming to global standards.

1)    Promote academic relevance responsive to the demands of the society;

2)    Provide quality educational programs through its curriculum that conforms to quality standards both local and global;

3)    Assist the learners achieve chosen competency by providing quality education and adequate learning facilities and equipment;

4)    Inculcate values to become responsible citizens promulgating economic development through entrepreneurial activities.

 Tagoloan Community College Seal 

The top of the circular field is the name of the school Tagoloan Community College, below is the scroll with the motto “Vincit Omnia Veritas” (The Truth Shall Conquer) and the year of foundation of the school.

The stars symbolize the ten (10) barangays of the Municipality of Tagoloan; the book and a lamp with the unending light of knowledge and wisdom, the bridge of Tagoloan that connects the municipalities of Misamis Oriental; the tower, company, ship presents the progressive municipality; the rich bodies of water and land area with the “tarantula” representing the founder Mayor Yevgeny Vicente B. Emano.
