Student Organization Adviser/Moderators

1.    Qualifications.

a. The adviser should be a regular /full-time college faculty member for CSBO and full-time faculty member for other organizations.

   b. He/she has at least 2 years experience as an officer or member to any related youth, student, and religious organizations.

2. Term. The adviser should serve for a term of at least one (1) year or so upon the recommendation of the Dean and the officers/members of the organization with the approval of the Dean of the Student Affairs and Services.

3. Responsibilities

a. Ought to give advises and guidance to all members of the organization.

b. Attends general assembly and/or meetings with the officers/members of the organization

c. Assists in the planning of the organization’s activities for the ensuing year.
