Tagoloan Community College (TCC) proudly honors the remarkable achievements of its Midwifery graduates who excelled in the recentย Licensure Examination for Midwives, earning top distinctions both at the regional and national levels. Leading this yearโs roster of outstanding performers isย Aizelle Rose R. Rabaya, who emerged asย Top 1 in Region 10ย and impressively secured theย Top 8 rank nationwide, a feat that highlights her dedication, academic excellence, and the strong foundation provided by TCCโs midwifery program.
