NOTICE OF SEARCH AND CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PRESIDENCY OF TAGOLOAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE

THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TAGOLOAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE UNDER BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION NO. 001 s. 2024 FORMALLY AND PUBLICLY ANNOUNCES THAT THE SEARCH FOR PRESIDENT IS NOW OPEN.
ย
A. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.ย ย ย Not less than thirty-five (35) years old and not more than sixty-one (61) years at the time of application;
2.ย ย ย A natural-born Filipino citizen;
3.ย ย ย Holder of an earned doctorate degree from a CHED-recognized HEI or foreign institution accredited by its respective higher education ministry/ commission or appropriate regulatory body, which is defined as Level 8 in the PQF, under R.A No. 10968;
4.ย ย ย With a proven track record as SUC/LUC administrator (e.g., president, vice-president, dean, campus administrator, director) or high-level management executive administrator, whether in the public or private sector, for at least five years; Nomenclature of the position, especially in the private sector may be clarified by the GB as long as position is high-level management; and
5.ย ย ย Must not have been convicted of any administrative offense or any crime involving moral turpitude, wherein the penalty is more than six (6) months.
B. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

2.ย ย ย Detailed Curriculum Vitae, signed under oath (notarized);
3.ย ย ย Transcript of records, training certifications, professional accreditation, diplomas, and employment service records; (certified true copy)
4.ย ย ย Signed and notarized statement containing the Proposed Vision, Mission, and Development Goals for Tagoloan Community College by the applicant;
5.ย ย ย Certificates/clearances from the following government agencies, obtained not more than three (3) months from the filing date of application, indicating that the applicant has not been found guilty in any administrative or criminal case;
โข National Bureau of Investigation
โข Sandiganbayan
โข Civil Service Commission (CSC)
โข Office of the City/Provincial/Regional Prosecutor
โข Office of the Ombudsman (for government employees)
โข Institution/ Company where the applicant is presently employed

6.ย ย ย Birth certificate authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
7.ย ย ย Medical certificate of physical fitness issued by a physician from a government health institution, not in any way connected with the applicant or the LUC applied for;
8.ย ย ย Drug testing certificate pursuant to the CSC Memorandum Circular No. 13, S. 2017
9.ย ย ย Neuro-psychiatric examination results obtained from a government health institution. In case there is none, the neuro-psychiatric examination result shall be obtained from a DOH- DOH-accredited institution not connected with the applicant.

An applicant who does not meet any of the above-mentioned minimum qualifications and cannot submit pertinent supporting documentary evidence for these minimum qualifications on the set deadline shall be disqualified from the Search Process.

IMPORTANT:
1.ย ย ย Interested applicants must submit one (1) set of the original hard copy of the foregoing documentary requirements which shall be enclosed in an envelope addressed to the SCP Chairperson:

Apart from the hard copy, applicants must also submit clear, six (6) scanned copies of the same documentary requirements which shall be emailed to tccadmin@tcc.edu.ph and likewise, shall be addressed to the SCP Chairperson.

2.ย ย ย Applications and documentary requirements shall be submitted to the Office of the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Atty. Nadya B. Emano-Elipe, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Tagoloan Misamis Oriental, from 8: 00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, Monday to Friday. Applications may be filed in person, through a representative, by registered mail, or through an authorized private courier.

3.ย ย ย Submission of applications must be made on or before October 25, 2024 at 5:00 P.M
