Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines Inc. (PCAP) Region X conducted its first Silent Drill Competition on 25th of May held at Pelaez Sportscenter, Don Apolinar, Velez St., Cagayan de Oro City.
PCAP Region X Vice Governor - Internal, Harry Santiago P. Achas, extended a warm welcome to the participants during the opening of the event. Following his remarks, PCAP National President, Gerry J. Caño, Rcrim, PhD, delivered a message of inspiration.
"We are a sector driven by a commitment to defend our country," declared Caño. "We are imbued with nationalism and patriotism. To all our criminology students may we continue fighting our rights as practitioners of the criminology profession in this country. Mabuhay ang Criminology!", he added.
Despite the intense heat, TCC Silent Drillers still displayed a breathtaking performance, earning them the honor of "Best Delegation Award" for exceeding ticket sales by over 2,000.
